MarkMyAd ("we," "us," or "our") operates StudioOS, a production intelligence platform for film, advertising, and content teams. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use our website and services.

When you register for StudioOS, we may collect:

• Account details: name, work email, phone number, company or production house, and professional role
• Authentication data: encrypted password hashes and session tokens
• Production content: uploaded scripts, breakdown outputs, project metadata, and related files
• Usage data: log events, device/browser information, IP address, and feature interactions

We use collected information to:

• Create and secure your account
• Provide AI script breakdown and production workflow features
• Improve reliability, performance, and product experience
• Communicate service updates, security notices, and support responses
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service

StudioOS uses HTTP-only cookies to manage authenticated sessions. Access tokens are short-lived; refresh tokens are stored securely and rotated to reduce session hijacking risk. We do not store authentication tokens in browser localStorage.

When you upload scripts or request breakdowns, relevant content may be processed by third-party AI providers solely to deliver requested features. We configure providers to process data only as needed to perform the service and apply contractual safeguards where available.

Production files are stored in private cloud storage with signed access URLs. Database records are protected using encryption in transit, access controls, and role-based authorization. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we continuously review our controls to reduce risk.

We retain account and production data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account subject to legal, billing, or backup retention requirements.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• Infrastructure providers that host our application and storage
• AI and analytics vendors that help deliver core product features
• Professional advisors or authorities when required by law
